Customer Policy
Last updated: August 16, 2026
This Customer Service Policy explains how Bee Quick Automotive (“Bee Quick Automotive,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) schedules, performs, and stands behind mobile automotive repair services. By booking an appointment or authorizing work, you agree to the terms below. We wrote this policy to be fair, clear, and honest — the same way we do business.
1. Scheduling & Appointments
- Appointments may be requested by phone, text, email, or through our website. An appointment is confirmed only once we confirm the date, time, and location with you directly.
- We make every effort to arrive within the scheduled window. Traffic, weather, and prior jobs can occasionally cause delays; we will communicate any change as early as possible.
- Please ensure the vehicle is present and accessible at the agreed time. If we arrive and cannot access the vehicle, a trip fee may apply.
2. Cancellations & Rescheduling
- We ask for at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment, so the time can be offered to another customer.
- Late cancellations (less than 4 hours’ notice) or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee, particularly where parts were ordered or significant travel was involved.
- We reserve the right to reschedule or decline service due to unsafe weather, unsafe working conditions, or circumstances beyond our control. No fee is ever charged when we are the ones rescheduling.
3. Work Location Requirements
- Service is performed at your home, office, or another agreed location. The vehicle must be parked on a flat, level, stable surface (driveway, parking lot, or street where legally permitted) with reasonable working space around it.
- It is the customer’s responsibility to confirm that on-site work is permitted at the chosen location (for example, by a landlord, HOA, or property manager). We are not responsible for restrictions imposed by third parties.
- For everyone’s safety, we may decline or stop work if conditions are unsafe, including severe weather, unstable ground, or hazardous surroundings.
4. Estimates, Quotes & Authorization
- All work is quoted upfront, before it begins. A quote is based on the information available at the time, including your description of the issue and our initial inspection.
- If, during the repair, we discover additional problems or the job requires additional parts or labor, we will stop and contact you with a revised quote. No additional work is performed without your approval.
- Quotes are valid for 14 days unless otherwise stated. Parts prices are subject to supplier availability.
- A diagnostic fee applies to diagnostic visits and is quoted before the visit. If you approve the recommended repair, we may credit some or all of the diagnostic fee toward the repair at our discretion.
5. Parts
- We use quality new or OEM-equivalent parts from reputable suppliers unless otherwise agreed with you in advance.
- Customer-supplied parts may be installed at our discretion. We cannot warranty customer-supplied parts or labor associated with their failure, and returns or defects on such parts are the customer’s responsibility.
- Replaced parts can be left with you on request, made at or before the time of service, except parts subject to a core charge or exchange requirement.
6. Payment
- Payment in full is due upon completion of the work, unless other arrangements were agreed in writing beforehand.
- We accept the payment methods communicated at booking. A receipt or invoice is provided for every job.
- Larger jobs or special-order parts may require a deposit before work is scheduled. Deposits on special-order parts are non-refundable once the part has been ordered, except where the part is returnable.
- Unpaid balances may be subject to late fees and reasonable collection costs as permitted by law.
7. Workmanship & Warranty
- We stand behind our work. Labor is warranted against defects in workmanship; specific warranty terms and durations are stated on your invoice or quote.
- Parts carry the manufacturer’s or supplier’s warranty where applicable. We will assist with warranty claims on parts we supplied.
- Warranty coverage does not extend to unrelated failures, pre-existing conditions, normal wear items, damage from continued driving after a known fault, misuse, neglect, modification, or work later performed by others on the same system.
- If you believe a repair we performed has an issue, contact us first at 201-566-2683. We will make reasonable efforts to inspect and remedy warranted issues promptly. Warranty repairs performed by third parties without giving us a reasonable opportunity to inspect and correct the issue are not reimbursable.
8. Vehicle Condition & Limitations
- Our diagnosis and repair address the specific concern you hired us to address. A repair to one system is not a certification of the vehicle’s overall condition or roadworthiness.
- We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, worn or corroded components that fail during normal service procedures (for example, seized fasteners or brittle connectors on older vehicles), or faults unrelated to the work performed. Where we see elevated risk, we will tell you before proceeding.
- Some repairs are not suited to mobile service. When that is the case, we will tell you honestly and, where possible, recommend an appropriate shop.
9. Customer Responsibilities
- Provide accurate information about the vehicle and its symptoms, and disclose known prior damage or repairs relevant to the job.
- Remove valuables from the work area of the vehicle. We are not responsible for personal property left in the vehicle.
- Keep children and pets away from the work area for the duration of the service.
10. Respectful Conduct
We treat every customer with courtesy and expect the same in return. We reserve the right to decline or discontinue service in cases of abusive, threatening, or unsafe behavior, with any completed work billed as performed.
11. Concerns & Disputes
If anything about your service doesn’t meet your expectations, contact us at 201-566-2683 or beequickautomotive@gmail.com within a reasonable time. As an owner-operated business, your concern goes straight to the person who did the work — and honesty is the foundation of how we resolve problems.
12. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The version posted on this page at the time of your service applies to that service.
